In Russia, in 2021, it can reach a maximum of 9.2 million hectares, which, with an expected average yield of 16.8 c/ha, will allow to harvest a sunflower crop close to a record – 15-15.5 million tons.
This opinion was expressed during his speech at the online conference “Sunflower Seed&Oil: Trade. Barriers. Competition” was announced by Vladimir Zhilin, Head of the Raw Materials Market Analysis Department at Rusagro.
